Future Cruise Credit

For guests who have received a Future Cruise Credit from a canceled voyage, you can now check your Future Cruise Credit balance by logging into My Account. How to Use Your Future Cruise Credit

  1. Log in using your Seabourn Club Number or email address

  2. Search for your Seabourn cruise

  3. After choosing your cruise, select Cruise Credit in the cost summary to choose the credit you would like to use.


Future Cruise Credit FAQs

Yes, FCCs can be applied to an existing booking. Please contact your Travel Advisor or Seabourn for assistance.

FCCs can be applied across multiple bookings if there is a balance remaining. Any remaining FCCs in your account will be available for use on a new or existing booking until the balance is used.

Log into My Account, and under the My Profile tab, choose "Future Cruise Credits" to see your current cruise credits, as well as any Future Cruise Deposits you have.

For guests awarded FCCs as part of a promotion, or for a sailing that we have cancelled, expiration dates do apply. 

Your FCC validity "Book by" and "Sail by" dates are shown on your Future Cruise Credit notification email.  "Book by" and "Sail by" dates for each FCC can also be located in the Future Cruise Credits section in your My Account.

FCCs that have not reached their expiration date may be subject to cancellations fees in affect at time of cancellation; however, we know during this time travel plans can change and have temporarily adjusted our cancellation policy to make it easier for you to cancel or change plans.  See our Cancellation Policy for details or choose to protect your Cruise Vacation with Seabourn Shield, our cancellation protection plan.

 

Future cruise credits (“FCC(s)”) may be awarded to guests for many reasons, including if their cruise is cancelled. Seabourn may sometimes also elect to award a good-will FCC, or bonus FCC. FCCs issued in lieu of refunds are refundable (“Refundable FCCs”); otherwise, FCCs are not refundable (“Nonrefundable FCCs”). FCCs issued by Seabourn may only be used on a Seabourn Cruise booking. FCCs must be used before their stated expiration (book by and sail by) date. FCCs may be applied as a form of payment towards your balance due and therefore, in accordance with our passenger contract, FCCs are subject to cancellation fees. If an FCC has been applied as a form of payment, Seabourn will first deduct any imposed cancellation fee from such FCC before assessing cancellation fees on other forms of payment. This means cancellation fees may be incurred by someone else on your booking who may or may not have applied FCCs of their own. Cancellation fees will be deducted from any used FCCs prior to being returned to the guest’s Account (if applicable). FCCs are non-transferrable but may be used to pay for others on the same booking. FCCs cannot be used for onboard expenses (including but not limited to shore excursions, casino, other optional programs, or services). FCCs cannot be used within our Seabourn Flight Ease®.
