Head to the west coast of Tahiti, enjoying views of the mountains and the island's shoreline. Shortly after departure, your captain will anchor in the lagoon. Be ready to jump in and discover the spectacular marine life of the Society Islands, including sandy and coral areas.
Keep your eyes peeled for dolphins, often seen in the area.
Notes:
Itinerary and stops may be reduced or may differ dependent upon weather conditions. Guests should know how to swim and be comfortable wearing snorkeling equipment, being in deep water and coping with occasional currents. Guests may remain in the boat, but viewing will be limited. For your own safety and to help preserve the environment, when snorkeling, do not touch or step on coral. A high step must be negotiated to get in and out of the boat. Wildlife sightings are likely but are not guaranteed. Wear your swimsuit under your clothing, aqua shoes, a rash guard or t-shirt, biodegradable sunscreen and a hat; bring a towel. Mask and snorkel provided. Not advisable for guests using a wheelchair or for those with mobility limitations.
