Bahia de Samaná or Samaná Bay is a bay on the eastern coast of the Dominican Republic (Hispaniola Island) south of the Samaná peninsula and the town of that same name. It is dotted with islands that are breeding grounds for birds, and the bay is seasonally a calving area for humpback whales. The Yuna River empties into the bay and the adjoining shore is part of the Haiteses National Park. There are a number of luxury resorts along the bay shores.
