Departing from Mystery Island via a short 10-minute ferry ride, you arrive on the beach on the main island of Aneytium. Take a guided 15-minute walk to the village of Keamu. Here, the village warriors will greet and challenge you. Once accepted by the warriors, you will be allowed to enter the village and meet the Chief and the villagers in traditional costume.
During this fascinating tour, you will learn and experience how the Village ancestors survived and thrived using traditional life skills. Learn how to prepare and store food supplies and experience traditional hunting and fishing traps, weaving mats, hats, and baskets.
This tour provides an insight into the traditional system of village life practiced on this Pacific island for two millennia.
