Depart Kotor by motorcoach and travel to the village of Sveti Stefan, located at the foot of the Lovcen mountain range. The setting here boasts an exciting and beautiful juxtaposition of land- and seascapes.
Pause at a panoramic viewpoint above the village to enjoy the magnificent vista of Sveti Stefan, joined to the mainland by a narrow isthmus. Its cobblestone streets, stone houses and rooftops feel as though time has stood still.
Just down the road is the charming town of Budva -- one of the oldest settlements in the Balkans. It is surrounded by 15th-century ramparts, including a medieval fortification system with city gates, defense walls and towers. Inside the walls, the town is a fascinating patchwork of narrow streets and small squares. Budva is a cultural center for the arts, theater, festivals and celebrations throughout the year.
After your guided tour here, enjoy some free time exploring this medieval village on your own before returning to the pier.
Please note: Tour requires approximately one hour of walking. Not advisable for guests using a wheelchair or for those with mobility limitations. Terrain includes paved surfaces, inclines and cobblestones, with several steps. The cobblestones can be slippery. Wear sturdy non-skid walking shoes.
