Travel by minibus to the North Coast of Menorca -- an island whose landscape is a patchwork of fields crisscrossed by drystone walls and olivewood gates.
At the coast, hop into a kayak and paddle along the coast with your guide. You'll pass plenty of pristine beaches to admire. You'll go as far as the beacons of La Mola Fortress -- a testament to the degree to which the British saw Menorca as a strategic stronghold.
On Tirant Island -- a marine reserve -- haul your kayak ashore and enjoy some free time to sunbathe on the beach or swim in the crystal-clear waters. Stop for a short visit at the virgin beach of "S'Arenelet" on the way back.
