If you’re looking for a transformative experience, this zip-lining excursion is for you. To start the day, you’ll take a 35-minute drive into the Antiguan rain forest. This scenic journey takes you through lush landscapes and winding roads as the scenery transforms into a verdant tropical paradise.
When you arrive at your destination, you'll be briefed by trained, experienced guides on what to expect during this stunning eco-tour through the lush forest.
From here, set out from the Old Pump House with a walk over a suspension bridge, which spans the gorge, to the far bank. Once you're across the bridge, your zip-line journey, high above the trees and through the forest, begins. You'll crisscross the gorge on zip-lines varying from 52 feet to 328 feet in length. The geography of the gorge dictates that you are above the treetops for large parts of the run, entering and exiting a corridor through the foliage at either end. In total, there are 13 zip-lines, three aerial walkways and two suspension bridges, giving you a wonderful bird's-eye view of the flora and fauna in the rain forest.
During this adrenaline-fueled adventure, you’ll see lots of interesting plants and fruits, with stands of large trees and prominent boulders. It offers a shaded area with interesting plants with a range of wild fruits, vines, mosses, and lichens.
When you have completed the tour, collect a well-earned certificate of achievement.
