Every activity at Finca Bell-lloc is guided and pervaded by an eco-philosophy of avoiding unnecessary processing and taking advantage of progress for comfort and quality. What has been discovered here is that it is possible to do undertake such a responsibility without losing authenticity.
Oddly, but purposely, the Finca Bell-lloc Winery is set underground, where the vineyards meet the woods. Why? Because it is underground that all five senses equally stimulated without exogenous factors canceling out their input.
Amid the subterranean silence, take in the scent of wine and appreciate the work of the architects from Olot who were audacious enough to create this perfect symbiosis with nature. The cellar is utterly unique, with its off-kilter aspects and uber-techy design. Surrender yourself to the pleasure and privilege of being one of only 30 people per day invited into the complex for a tasting session of Bell-lloc wines and olive oils .
