A comfortable minibus transports you to the Alfredo Kraus concert hall, where you will take in beautiful views over Las Canteras Beach.
Then follow winding roads and through an area of natural beauty, heading into one of the greenest valleys of the island – the Agaete Valley.
Your destination is Valle de Agaete and its Finca La Laja Vineyard. Taste a few local wines that have recently won some awards, as well as a variety of snacks. Agaete is Europe's northernmost coffee growing area, you will be tasting the local java.
Next, the drive takes you to Firgas – also known as the Village of Water. Visit the watermill and the fountains to see how Firgas earned its nickname.
Then continue to Arucas – a town whose character includes cobblestone streets and gently senescent houses. Don't miss an outside view and a chance to snap some photos of the impressive neo-Gothic church here.
Continue along to the local rum distillery. Since you're here, it would be a shame not to taste the wares, wouldn't it?
At a local restaurant, enjoy a typical Canarian lunch before heading back to port.
