Meet your guide at Genoa's pier and board a minivan for a ride up to Nozarego. From here, set out on a hike to beautiful Portofino.
The path leads through the Mediterranean flora, vineyards and olive groves. Vegetation hugs the medieval dwellings and cliffs drop off to the crystal-clear sea, making this one of the most fascinating locations of the Riviera.
At Molini, stop at a restored olive oil mill which now houses a small museum in one room and a café. Enjoy a picnic with samples of local white wine and a slice of focaccia bread.
Continue your hike past elegant villas nestled among luxuriant vegetation of tropical plants and olive trees. Upon reaching Portofino, you'll have some free time before boarding the minivan for the ride back to Genoa.
