Cartagena is one of South America's oldest cities, and this excursion introduces you to its rich legacy of Spanish history and visual feast of vibrant colors. You will explore the sights without the need for extensive walking aboard an air-conditioned motor coach.
Start today’s adventure by leaving the pier and heading directly for a photo stop at the San Felipe Fortress. This imposing sentinel, with its robust walls, echoes centuries of history overlooking the Caribbean Sea.
Continue past architectural highlights of the Old City, including the Las Bovedas Dungeons, Santo Domingo Church and La Heredia Theatre. Stop at the Navy Museum for a fascinating glimpse through maritime history.
Later, you will pass the City Walls and take in scenic views of Cartagena Bay's sparkling waters. There is time to explore by your own before returning to the pier.
