Immerse yourself in culture at Newfoundland & Labrador's largest public cultural space – the Rooms – for a self-guided tour. Here, the Provincial Archives, Art Gallery and Museum are united in one space – truly a place for people. The Gallery showcases over 7,000 works of art with an emphasis on artists of Newfoundland and Labrador. The Museum focuses on the natural and cultural history of the region including dioramas of the area’s animal and plant life and exhibits illustrating the aboriginal people of the area. With 3 floors of exhibits showcasing all aspects of the province's history, nature and culture, you are sure to enjoy stepping into this portal to the past.
