Vava'u offers some spectacular snorkeling in calm, inland waters. Beautiful marine life and stunning coral reefs lie ahead.
During this 'just-right' three-hour tour, travel by boat and enjoy stops at two different snorkel locations, including the Swallows' Cave (weather permitting). This is a magnificent creation of limestone approximately 30 yards in diameter and housing an abundance of swallows. Enjoy the adventure of exploring the Swallows' Cave inside and out, swimming among amazing geological formations, schooling fish and a stunning coral reef. This is the perfect opportunity to experiment with underwater photography for those with a waterproof camera.
The second location will be an idyllic spot located in the Vava'u islands, where spectacular coral gardens and an abundance of tropical fish and sea life inhabit the shallow reefs. A variety of tropical fruits are served as a snack .
Please Note:
Mask, snorkel and fins are provided. Restroom facilities are available on board. Wear your swimsuit under your clothing; bring a towel, reef-safe/biodegradable sunscreen, light clothing to act as a full cover-up for further protection from the sun, and a hat. Swim at your own risk. Selection of the snorkel site will be determined by the skipper or guide on the day. Tour does not operate on Sundays.
