Walk through Powerscourt Townhouse Centre -- a specialty shopping experience housed in an elegant Georgian house. This was home to Richard Wingfield, third Viscount Powerscourt (1744 - 1788) and his wife, Lady Amelia, who bought the townhouse to entertain guests during the Parliament season.
