Recommended Packing List 

To ensure your comfort and enjoyment throughout this expedition, we have prepared a recommended packing list. While we've curated a comprehensive list to ensure you're well-prepared for your journey, remember to tailor it to your personal preferences for maximum comfort. 


CLOTHING 

Waterproof Jacket: Lightweight, waterproof breathable and packable is the best way to go for this adventure. 

Waterproof pants: Lightweight waterproof pants preferably zipped or elastic cuffs (no Velcro). For hot climates, you may wish to pack hiking pants.

Performance shirts and pants: Short sleeve and long sleeve shirts, pants and shorts made of performance fabrics. They should breathe, dry quickly, and protect you from strong sun.

Rash Guard shirt: Loose fitting and with a hood.

Wrap/Sarong/Pareo/Lavalava: Use as a wrap in hot or cold climates, coverall skirt, or sitting blanket.

ACCESSORIES

Trail/Walking shoes or sandals: Comfortable, protective footwear with excellent traction. Many landings may be wet and/or sandy; water sandals or shoes may be helpful.

Socks: Ankle socks made of quick-drying fabric and walking socks made of wool or wool-blend.

Rain hat: Waterproof with a wide brim and a chin drawstring.

Sun hat: Wide-brimmed and breathable.

Backpack: Lightweight, waterproof backpack for carrying and protecting your items as you go ashore. If you have camera equipment, pack them in seal-proof, waterproof sacks and cases, then carry them all in a waterproof pack.

GEAR

Waterproof sacks and cases: Heavy-duty sacks and cases specifically designed to store and protect your phone, camera, film, binoculars and more.

Also recommended: Sunglasses with U.V. filter protection, SPF-rated lip balm, and sunscreen; *Plus for voyages in Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, and the Amazon, personal insect repellent is recommended.
