Here's something quite different -- a combination of sea kayaking and beach time at a bay heated by geothermal activity.
Your adventure begins with a transfer to Fyriplaka -- a beach with fine sand, shallow water, and stunning, colorfully striated volcanic rocks.
Hop into a kayak and paddle to Tsigrado, a small bay and beach with wonderfully clear blue-green water. Along the way, you'll have time to pause and enjoy the scenery.
At the amazing -- and otherwise inaccessible -- white-sand beach of Gerakas, explore the hot-water beach area where bubbles emerge from the seabed due to geothermal activity. The scent of sulfur permeates the atmosphere.
A traditional local snack is served ashore.
Please note: If weather conditions dictate, the tour will deviate to the north side of the island with kayaking on a picturesque fishing harbor, a view of Sarakiniko with its white lunar landscape, and snorkeling over a shipwreck. Wear your swimsuit under your clothing; bring a towel, reef-safe/biodegradable sunscreen, light clothing to act as a full cover-up for further protection from the sun, and a hat. Swim at your own risk.
