A delicious and authentically Turkish breakfast (kahvalti) is served at a restaurant on the Bosphorus. Kahvalti -- literally meaning 'before coffee' -- is never a routine in Turkey; it is all about sharing and connection -- a gathering that brings, and keeps, friends and family together.
