After a 45-minute transfer to Lecce passengers will meet chef Mrs. Gianna and together, they will visit the local market to purchase the products chosen by participants. After this shopping at the market passengers will walk for around 30 minutes and reach the cooking school where they will enjoy a cooking lesson based on typical and traditional products.
Before starting the cooking class, passengers will stop with chef Gianna at a local coffee bar, and they will taste a typical Leccese coffee. Upon arrival at the school, they will start the cooking lesson. Each passenger will have his/her own workstation and they will prepare at least 4 dishes, which is an entire menu.
At the end of the cooking class passengers will taste the dishes prepared during the cooking lesson and will enjoy a lesson on wine tasting technique. 3 Apulian fine wines will be paired with the dishes during lunch .
