Take your experience of rum to the next level with a visit to a local distillery in Martinique for a VIP rum tasting with a small group (maximum 15 privileged guests).
Revel in the gorgeous island scenery as you head to Habitation Clément. This architectural heritage building nestles in a stunning location. Half a million gallons of rum are stored here.
A rum specialist leads you through the sprawling 40-acre garden with more than 300 tropical plants. Check out the open-air sculpture garden and step inside the distillery's private aging cellars (normally closed to the public). Hear the secrets of the rum aging process and taste the product directly from the barrels. Learn about the unique fragrances of different rums, allowing you to easily differentiate between brands, and sample several aged rums perfectly paired with specific foods .
Please note: Minimum age is 18 years. Tour requires approximately one hour of walking. Terrain includes some steps. The drive to Clement Plantation is approximately 45 minutes each way. This is a small group experience with a maximum of 15 guests per group.
