Embark on a journey that will take you to some of Barbados's most beautiful and important historical sites. By the time you’re done exploring on the sensory and immersive tour, you may never want to leave.
Take a drive north along the West Coast – also known as the "Platinum Coast." This coast is not only home to Holetown, the site where the first settlers landed in 1627, but is also now home to many of the rich and famous residents of Barbados.
Your first stop will be the stunningly rugged East Coast and the village of Bathsheba, where you can stroll along the beach and take photos. Bathsheba is a known as a captivating coastal haven with unique rock formations, world-class surfing spots, and a serene, laid-back atmosphere that brings tourists and locals alike together.
Continue to Sunbury, where you will visit a superb example of a Barbados Sugar Estate Great House. Sunbury Plantation House, located in the tranquil St. Philip parish countryside, is a living monument to plantation life of a bygone era. The house has been carefully restored and lovingly cherished by its owners for posterity and for the enjoyment of generations to come. Not only will you enjoy exploring the Great House, but you will also enjoy a light deli-style snack here.
Conclude your excursion with a short transfer to the airport.
Please Note: This tour is available only to guests whose cruise ends in Barbados, with flights departing after 3:00 pm.
