At the fore of this experience is an unbridled passion for the seafood and other bounty of Prince Edward Island. Watch a culinary presentation/demonstration in an open-concept kitchen. Here, PEI's world-renowned agriculture and aquaculture are celebrated and paired with fresh, seasonal vegetables, herbs, spices and grains to produce a tasty, memorable and brilliant meal.
