Drive approximately 2 hours from the port to the Cape Coast School for the Deaf and Blind. Upon arrival, you’ll have the opportunity to watch a captivating performance by blind drummers and deaf dancers. Feel free to join in the dance session and immerse yourself in the rhythm!
- Volunteer Work: Don your protective gloves and goggles as you engage in meaningful volunteer work. Tasks for volunteers include cleaning, painting, and teaching. Your efforts will directly benefit the students and teachers at the school.
If you’d like to make a difference, consider donating school supplies, clothes, or shoes for the children. Your contributions will be greatly appreciated.
After your rewarding volunteer work, head to the Ridge Royal Hotel (or a similar venue) for a well-deserved lunch. Take a moment to relax and reflect on your experience.
