Experience Juneau's star attractions at sea on a private whale-watching expedition. This outing includes whale and wildlife viewing based on your group's preferences. Because this is a private tour, the amount of time engaged in each activity is up to you. You might wish to watch for humpback whales, orcas, sea lions, eagles, harbor seals, lighthouses, glaciers in the distance and possibly even bears. So plentiful is the wildlife in these nutrient-rich waters that your tour offers a whale sighting guarantee.
Your skipper is familiar with wildlife habitats and movement patterns and can guide you to the best possible areas for viewing and photography. Your boat has an enclosed, heated cabin, comfortable seating, plenty of viewing space, snacks and a restroom. Each group will receive a gift bag with local Alaskan goodies.
Please note: Price is per vessel -- only one guest per party needs to book this excursion. The boat can accommodate up to 6 guests. The operator of this tour guarantees that a whale will be sighted on this excursion in June, July and August. In all other months, no guarantee is offered; however, a whale sighting record remains highly likely. Dress warmly in layered clothing with gloves, a scarf, and a hat; outer layer should be windproof and waterproof. Due to the very limited capacity and highly-specialized nature of this excursion, it is not refundable unless canceled by 12 noon on the day after embarkation.
